Qvidian Launches New Analytics Product with with Birst Business Intelligence Solution
Overview: Qvidian is a cloud-based sales execution software provider, with over 1,200 global customers, including Dell, Aramark and Rosetta Stone.
Problem: In order to extend its leadership in the market, boost product differentiation and increase customer value, Qvidian sought to replace its existing, static reports with modern, self-service and embedded analytics.
Key Selection Criteria: Rather than building an in-house solution, Qvidian decided that they could deliver value to their customers faster through buying a BI platform. The most important selection criteria was the ability to enable customers to easily generate their own reports and data. After evaluating over 30 solutions, Qvidian chose Birst embedded analytics.
Birst Results: The Birst business intelligence and analytics solution enabled Qvidian to 1) go to market with a new data analytics product in just 8 weeks, 2) generate over half a million dollars in new revenue in the first 6 months after launch, 3) upsell to over 20 existing accounts.
