When Information Is Collected

When registering to receive more information or registering for demos, we require users to give us your personal information, such as their name, company name, title, address, phone number, and e-mail address.

When registering for a free or paid account (the "Online Service"), we require users to give us personal information, such as their name, company name, title, address, phone number, and e-mail address. Registered users can update this information at any time by logging into our website and editing their profile.

We also may collect third party personal information such as the email, name and address of a colleague. This information is only used for the purpose for which it is collected.

Customers of the Online Service will be using our website to host data and information ("Hosted Data"). As part of our Online Service, Birst collects information under the direction of its Customers. In this capacity, our Customer is the controller of the data and Birst acts as a data processor.

Correcting and Updating Your Personal Information

Additionally, if you would like to request to have your personal information deleted and discontinued from use, please contact us as described below. We will respond to your request within 30 business days.
